Don Groover is a vice president for BST, a consulting firm specializing in comprehensive safety solutions. Since starting in 1989, Don has helped hundreds of companies worldwide to prepare and implement successful change systems. He has spoken widely on a multitude of topics at national and international conferences.
Don has authored several articles and contributed to various books. Prior to joining BST, Don worked for a Fortune 500 company holding a variety of positions from lab chemist to manager of health and safety. Don is a certified industrial hygienist and a certified safety professional. He holds masters degrees in education and environmental health sciences.
