Consultants - European - Full Time
BST Consultants are responsible for facilitating major organizational change programs for global Clients across five of the six continents.
We are looking for team members with:
- High personal credibility with all levels
- Superior analytical ability
- Experience with organizational change initiatives, safety and/or quality methods
- Experience working in or with manufacturing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding training skills
- Flexibility to travel very extensively while based out of your home office
- Fluency in at least two European languages, including English
Responsibilities:
Consultants are assigned to projects based on availability, individual experience and capability, familiarity with the client company or industry, and geography. Consultants evaluate organisational issues, advise client organisation leadership, implement culture change initiatives using BST’s proprietary methods, and do training sessions and presentations for groups of between 10 to 100. Consultants identify new business opportunities within their client’s organisations and work with our account executives to support new business generation. Consultants report to the Consulting Group Manager, who reports in to the Vice President of International Operations. Consultants meet as a group several times during the year for training, problem solving, and communication, and receive training through web-based seminars periodically during the year.
Extensive travel is required - on average, Consultants spend 12 – 16 nights away from home each month, traveling to client sites throughout Europe and beyond.
