Chairman of the Board
Tom Krause is co-founder of BST and the author of several books on workplace safety and leadership. Named one of the 50 People Who Most Influenced EHS in 2010-11, Tom consults with senior executives on leadership, culture, and behavior change in the service of safety improvement.

CEO
Colin Duncan leads the BST organization globally to ensure successful client partnerships. As CEO, he drives BST’s global strategy, corporate vision, and the innovation of new methodologies and approaches to deliver sustainable safety improvements to clients the world over.

CFO
Dan McCleery directs global financial management for BST and its affiliates. This includes global finance and accounting functions, financial reporting, financial analysis, short and long-term financial growth strategies, and strategic system support improvements.

President
Scott Stricoff oversees BST's consulting and client partnerships in the transportation and utilities industries, government sector, and other arenas to enhance safety management and culture. Scott is a noted thought leader with demonstrated expertise in process safety and hazard analysis, occupational health and safety, and environmental and public health.

Executive Vice President
Sarah Smith oversees client partnerships and implementations in the chemicals, water utilities, metals and mining, and rail industries. Sarah brings many years of experience and expertise to helping clients achieve a step-change in safety performance improvement and leadership development.

Executive Vice President
Ted Apking has global responsibility for BST's extensive work in the oil and gas industry. He leads strategic initiatives that reduce fatalities and injuries, and create a healthy safety climate. He specializes in improving engineering, procurement, and contractor safety performance in energy development projects.

Eric Labe leads BST’s Strategic Services Group which supports the business through strategy, marketing, research & development and alliance relationships. Eric has an extensive operational consulting and leadership background that he leverages to build Best in Class Performance at BST.

Andy Goodman manages the worldwide development and execution of all BST's strategic human resource capital initiatives, including talent management, organizational design and development, and organizational change.  He also ensures human resource and operational initiatives are aligned with the company's organizational goals.

Regional General Manager, EMEA
Guy leads the BST organisation across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and oversees all Business Development, Intervention Design, Operational & Client Service Delivery, for the region. He has a wealth of multi-cultural and international expertise in management consulting, is an experienced Executive Consultant and Coach, a highly respected partner at Board level, and regular conference speaker internationally.

 

 

Regional General Manager, Asia
Ricky Yu is responsible for managing and guiding BST growth in Asia, as well as the implementation of technical development and consulting services. He has over 22 years of experience in environmental health and safety management and operating experience in the Asia Pacific region.
