Site-level facilitators of behavior-based safety implementations typically need to acquire or enhance skills for planning and conducting meetings, team building, presenting, coaching, communicating, and time management. This four-day workshop helps facilitators rapidly achieve a higher level of effectiveness implementing safety programs at their sites.
