Helping Facilitators Contribute to Long-Term Process Success
BAPP® initiatives are sustainable over many years, even through significant organizational change. For facilitators, the key to achieving this long-term success is being able to manage issues as they arise.
Designed for facilitators in organizations where BAPP® is fully established, this four-day workshop gives participants the tools and skills they need to ensure results over the long haul. Participants discuss strategies for maintaining energy and integrating the process with other initiatives, as well as addressing challenges posed by changing personnel and rotating responsibilities.
