Thomas R. Krause, Ph.D. - Chairman of the BoardTom Krause is a co-founder of BST. A highly recognized leader in organizational safety and author of several books in the field, Tom is a BST thought leader who consults with senior executives on leadership, culture and behavior change in the service of safety improvement. Dr. Krause currently serves on the Committee on Quality Assurance and Patient Safety at Community Memorial Hospital System, on the Board of Visitors and Governors of St. John's College, and on the editorial board of the Journal of Behavioral Analysis in Health, Sports, Fitness and Medicine. Dr. Krause's most recent book, Taking the Lead in Patient Safety: How Healthcare Leaders Influence Behavior and Create Culture, was released by Wiley Interscience in 2008.
John H. Hidley, M.D. - Practice Leader, HealthcareAs BST's co-founder and healthcare practice leader, Dr. Hidley uses his extensive experience as a physician and leadership consultant to design patient and employee safety, leadership development, and organizational culture change solutions. He is the co-author of Taking the Lead in Patient Safety and has been central in the formation of BST's patient safety improvement methodology.
David Libby - Senior Consultant
David helps organizations achieve demonstrable improvements in organizational cultures and safety performance. Drawing on experience in human resources and organization development, David works with treatment teams and hospital CEOs on patient and employee safety. His work includes executive coaching for healthcare leaders, implementing behavior-based safety processes and management skills training.
