BAPP® Supporting Services

BAPPTrack® Software

: Observations alone don’t guarantee success with behavior-based safety. For lasting improvement, you need to know where those observations are occurring and where they’re not. You need to identify trends in at-risk behaviors, and the barriers contributing to them, before they become incidents.

BAPPTrack® Software is tracking and data analysis software for capturing detailed information about behaviors that are critical to safety. The software’s observation data management, comment tracking, data analysis, custom reporting and graphing enable you to easily track observations volume, rank at-risk behaviors by frequency, and report on critical behaviors by department, shift, or site. Using this software, you’ll also be able to identify the equipment and systems that help--or hinder-employees' ability to perform critical safe behaviors.

Leading With Safety

: Like our public seminar, these customized sessions explain the fundamental concepts behind BAPP® by introducing the Blueprint for Safety Transformation; explaining the expectations, processes and best practices for implementing it; and providing an understanding of each employee’s implementation role. The session content (and even its name, where appropriate) will be tailored specifically to your organization, its safety priorities and each audience-executive team, steering committee, supervisors, wage-roll employees.

Critical Behaviors Inventory® (CBI®)

: This is a data-based list of behaviors deemed critical to reducing exposures to injury. In a four-day training session led by BST experts, your safety steering committee will learn critical leadership skills and acquire the skills and knowledge to: develop a complete and unambiguous list specific to each work site, plan and conduct CBI® list buy-in meetings, and develop the communications plan necessary for the success of the process.

Sustainability Review

: The many initial achievements of a BAPP® implementation-establishing a framework engaging the workforce, developing competencies, and improving connections up, down and across the organization, to name but a few-form the foundation for improvement systems and processes that can grow with an organization over time. A Sustainability Review led by a BST expert at the end of every BAPP® implementation is designed to help your steering committee plan for continuous year-over-year improvement to the process-and safety outcomes. Additional ongoing support is also available through BST’s BAPP® Process Enhancement Services.
