Additional Supporting Components: BAPP® Process Engagement Services

Any or all of the following optional system components may be considered for a particular organisation’s BAPP® implementation:

BAPP® Internal Consultant Training
, which prepares an organisation’s own internal consultants to implement BAPP® at multiple dispersed sites or a complex, large site under a license agreement with BST.

Incident Investigation
, which equips incident investigation teams with the BAPP® methods and technology they need to minimise fault-finding and maximise improvement opportunities.

Managing an Established Process Workshop
, a four-day session that offers facilitators of established BAPP® initiatives the tools and skills to manage challenges such as changing personnel, rotating responsibilities, maintaining energy, and integrating the process with other initiatives.

BAPP® User Conference
, a yearly event at which users gather for in-depth learning opportunities, industry-specific forums, presentations on best practices and networking.

Datalink Subscription
, offering in-depth analysis of your organisation’s BAPPTrack® data, enabling you to verify the effectiveness of your BAPP® process and identify opportunities for improving it.

BAPP® Process Enhancement Services
are designed to facilitate long-term plans for the BAPP® process as the organisation evolves. They include such things as regularly scheduled review consultations with BST, on-site expert help to integrate the incident investigation system, steering committee refresher training, and leadership training. Support of this kind provides ongoing accountability to the process and valuable coaching to your steering committee, ensuring each site is working on the right issues.
